The right size depends mainly on your height or inseam length. As a general guide:
Size M: Height: 165–180 cm or inseam up to 85 cm.
Size L: Height: from 180 cm or inseam from 85 cm
If you're between two sizes, go by your inseam: it should match the length of the boots so the compression works optimally.
If you're unsure, we recommend size M – it fits most users.

When and how do I use Revive Active?
Best used lying down or in a relaxed seated position. Ideally, keep your legs slightly elevated so your feet aren't much lower than your hips.
This position supports the return flow from your legs and lets the compression work comfortably and efficiently.
After exercise:
Use Revive Active after training, once your heart rate has come back down — roughly 10 to 30 minutes after your session, depending on intensity. A 30 to 60-minute session at medium to high intensity can support your recovery and help your legs feel fresh again faster.
Before exercise:
Before training, you can use Revive Active for 15 to 30 minutes at low to medium intensity. This can be especially helpful if you've been sitting for a long time or your legs feel heavy and sluggish.
Everyday recovery:
You don't need to work out to benefit — use Revive Active after long days, travel, or extended periods of standing or sitting. A relaxed 30 to 60-minute session at a comfortable intensity works great.
When should I not use Revive Active?
Revive Active should not be used when there are medical reasons against compression therapy. If you're unsure or have an existing condition, please check with your doctor before use.
Do not use if you have:
- acute thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis
- acute pulmonary oedema or acute heart failure
- a history of pulmonary embolism
- open, inflamed, or infected skin
- recent fractures or a tendency towards embolism
- peripheral arterial occlusive disease
- uncontrolled high blood pressure
- diabetes with peripheral neuropathy
- circulatory insufficiency
- severe varicose veins in the area of use
- malignant tumours in the area of use

I only used them 2-3 times till now, but they seem to work and help with recovery after runs. Very easy to take on and very easy to use. You should really start with a low pressure, because the compression is higher than expected. The delivery took a bit long, but that has nothing to do with the product.

Ich benutze die Boots jetzt ca seit 1 Monat. Fahre in der Woche ca 400-500km Fahrrad (15 Stunden) und trainiere auch für ein paar andere Sachen.Bin tatsächlich sehr überzeugt. Es ist jetzt nicht so, dass man die Schuhe nach einem harten Tsg anzieht und danach komplett frische Beine hat (logischerweise), jedoch bin ich sehr überzeugt davon. Es macht die Beine doch deutlich frischer und man hat eine spürbar schnellere Regeneration. Der Druck ist meht als ausreichend, 240mmHg sind für mich aktuell noch zu fest und ich bin mit 200mmHg sehr zufrieden. Bedienung ist super einfach und auch sonst gibt es keine Mängel die ich festgestellt habe.

Wir sind total begeistert von den Boots. Die 5 Modi sind zwar schlecht erklärt, aber nach einiger Zeit hat man sowieso seinen Modus gefunden. Kaufgrund war der/das Lipödem meiner Frau. Sie hat die Wirkung sofort gespürt, die Beine wurden deutlich (auch sichtbar) leichter. Nach dem Sport isses auf jeden Fall sehr angenehm sich die Beine ausquetschen zu lassen. Dass die Pumpe seitlich am rechten Bein hängt ist nicht ganz optimal, aber nach dem ersten Aufblasen bewegt sich das Teil auch nicht mehr. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden, gerade bei dem Preis.

Die Boots sind gut aber mit VORSICHT zu verwenden ⚠️. Einige Modi sind meiner Meinung nach nicht sinnvoll, da diese das Blut entgegen der Venösenbluttflussrichtung pressen und damit gefährlich!!! Wenn man diese Modi nicht verwendet, ist alles prima! Die Qualität des Materials und Verarbeitung ist hervorragend. Die Steuerung über die Bedieneinheit kommt etwas ins stottern wenn man zwischen den Modi wechselt. Für den Preis gebe ich volle Punktzahl, ich bereue den Kauf nicht und würde das Produkt daher weiter empfehlen, aber mit Vorsicht Wegen gefährlicher Betriebsmodi.
